“I don’t have a fixed idea of what I look for in a guy. But based off my past experiences in relationships, I would figure I want someone I could lay my head to rest at night without any worries about their fidelity. Comforted by the thought that they are entirely all mine. I want someone sad and numb with a closet full of skeletons. A lover who has loved alone. I want to be that person who loved them more than anyone ever had or will. Someone who still keeps in touch with their inner child and also enjoys the simplest things. A lonewolf that doesn’t mind staying in bed all day and night or the silence between our tongue - tied bodies. A hopeless romantic that can effectively convey their blunt emotions. A pair of eyes that see’s beauty in everything. Someone who will chase the sunrise with me. A devoted heart with the single will for beating is because of me. And I especially want someone that will never allow me to once more taste the bitter disappointment of having someone wake up one morning and suddenly change their mind about ever loving me”

Took me only 5 weeks to lose with (mostly) raw vegan diet. Drank half my weight in ounces every day, exercise twice a week weight training and went for runs 4-5 days a week. My biggest advice is portion control !!! start slow by going on a few mile walk in the AM & PM. Then start jogging & walking!
It’s a common misconception that positive people see the world through rose-colored glasses. But according to Joffrey Suprina, the Dean and associate professor of the College of Behavioral Sciences at Argosy University, it’s about becoming a realistic optimist. At first glance, that might seem like a distorted oxymoron. However, Suprina states, “Positive thinkers are individuals who recognize both the bright side and the negative, but they choose to focus their energy and time on the side that’s going to promote the most positive outcome.”
In other words, it’s not about ignoring one side of reality, but rather accepting the whole of it and still having the guts to believe in something good. When you feel as though you can only locate darkness, we want to remind you that there’s still something to look forward to. Psych2Go shares with you 7 habits to nurture a positive mindset:
1. Let go of what holds you back.
If you’re worried about being labeled as a quitter, don’t be. It’s healthy to let go of toxic relationships and situations that stunt your growth. Goodbyes may be hard, but staying in an unhappy circumstance will only be detrimental to your health in the long run…
In the left picture I was 178 pounds.(May 2015)
On the right is me today at 148 pounds.(August 2015)
I accomplished this in 3 months. I count my calories now and eat fruits and vegetables every day. I also work out 6 days a week.
I still would like to lose 20 more pounds but I am stopping for a second to acknowledge my progress.
I hope I can inspire anyone who would like to lose weight and change their lifestyle for the better.💪🏼❤️
